Returns Policy

Please ensure you choose your products carefully. We have implemented a fair and hassle fee returns policy on faulty or incorrectly ordered unopened product.

Products are sealed, and thus cannot be returned once opened for Health & Safety Regulations except for what is allowed by consumer law.

Faulty or damaged products :We will do our best to pack and ship your products with the utmost care. However there may be times when an item is damaged in transit. When your order arrives, please inspect the product for any damage that may occurred during the shipping process. If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days to organise a replacement or a full refund. Your return postage will be refunded.Dermedica online shop will redeliver your replacement for free.

Change your mind about your purchase? :No worries. If you change your mind about your purchase, there is a no question ask policy. The products can be exchanged or refunded if the product is not used or damaged. In this case we do not cover return postage. You must notify us ASAP within 14 days of your order.

To process a return:Please e-mail skincare@dermedica.com.au within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return postage fees : The customer will be responsible for return postage fees for the return products unless the products you received are faulty or damaged. The customer must ensure the non-faulty return products are bubble wrapped to avoid damage in transit. If your non-faulty returned products are damaged in transit, we may at our discretion not to exchange or process your refund.
